Here at Compliant our support agreements are always tailored to our clients needs. You may have many applications running on your system and need support on a weekday basis on just one application. Or you may require 7 days a week, around the clock support on several of the applications you're running.

Our service doesn't only stop at application support. We can offer full operations support, where we can monitor your system for you, and take care of the general day to day running of your iSeries. Creating/removing user profiles, changing print queues, configuring hardware, regular software upgrades; these all take up valuable time and can more often than not take a lot longer than necessary, This can potentially lead to more threatening issues if not carefully monitored.

Many applications such as EDI can cause multiple problems on a daily basis, which may need a very simple resolution, but can take hours to resolve.

Whatever your requirements, we can service them all, right here from our offices. This could be done by either a simple remote dial-up into your network or iSeries which we would access as and when you need support, or a more complex permanent link, such as, via a router into IBM's IGN (International Global Network) with a back-up ISDN link. Even if another company houses your iSeries, we can still set up remote access with them to allow us to give you the support you require.
